Supposing I told you that all that you believed to be real about yourself was made up? That you are not what you think or feel about yourself. Would you conclude that I must be insane?
Through these poems we will explore the power of the mind. We will look at things like time, thought, and what most people believe themselves to be.
We will also consider ideas about the silence and meditation.

As you read, consider. Could this be real, true or just a fantasy; a perception or a quantum field expressed. This field being referred to by physicist as non-local and made up of energy and information yet spontaneously appears as everywhere and throughout all time.

For they are all about the infinite eternal consciousness everywhere present.

In the next section I have added the words of some of the most recognized men of science of the 20th. century. Genius and Nobel prize laureates. All acknowledge that this physical reality is not what it seems to be.

Max Planck , a German theoretical physicist whose discovery of energy quanta won him the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918 wrote, as a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clear-headed science, to the study of matter, I can tell you as a result of my research about atoms this much: There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together.
We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.
Stephen Hawking was perfectly in line with the ancient philosophers when he acknowledged that physics points to the deeper questions of metaphysics. Stephen William Hawking CH CBE FRS FRSA was an English theoretical physicist, cosmologist, and author who, at the time of his death, was director of research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology at the University of Cambridge.
Albert Einstein said " We are slowed down sound and light waves, a walking bundle of frequencies tuned into the cosmos. We are souls dressed up in sacred biochemical garments and our bodies are instruments through which our souls play their music".
Werner Heisenberg states: The atoms or elementary particles themselves are not real; they form a world of potentialities or possibilities rather than one of things or facts. Werner Karl Heisenberg was a German theoretical physicist and one of the main pioneers of the theory of quantum mechanics.
Edwin Schrodinger : Everything we call real is made of things that cannot be regarded as real. Erwin Schrodinger or Erwin Schroedinger, was a Nobel Prize-winning Austrian-Irish physicist who developed a number of fundamental results regarding quantum physics.
Niels Bohr: The total number of minds in the world is one. Niels Henrik David Bohr was a Danish physicist who made foundational contributions to understanding atomic structure and quantum theory, for which he received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1922.

Everyone and everything in this physical universe is a part of a wholeness entangled at the quantum level of existence. There is no separation at this level. It is the central core of all that exist both physical and non-physical.

Negative thoughts and fearful feelings create negative experiences. Thoughts of joy and happiness create positive experiences. Change your thoughts and your experience of life must change.
We can change the nature of our experience on earth? Poetry has always been a means to effect such change.

We cannot get behind consciousness.
We are the co-creators of our world. We do this through our thoughts and feeling.
